In Descriptioninus, where we expected to encounter an end, we experience a new way of thinking natality in terms of what comes to language in Char as the nuptial. Having thus been awakened to the power of symbols, we are prepared to experience how in Kant being itself comes to expression as plurivocal in a way that reveals just how pathologically delusional it is to attempt to deploy univocal principles in a plurivocal world. This then returns us to Oedipus at Colonus; but not to him alone. Rather, it points to the relationship that emerges for a time between Antigone, Ismene, and Oedipus, as they navigate a way between their exile from Thebes and Oedipus's final resting place near Athens. Here, having been awakened to the power of a poetic politics, we attend to three symbolic moments of touching between Oedipus and his daughters through which we might discern something of the new possibilities a poetic politics opens for us if we settle into the ravaged site that conditions our existence, together. He was at every planning session for the assassination. And he kept copious notes and a list of all the people who attended. Those files reveal that the Department of Defense, the CIA, the Deep State, the Joint Chiefs of Staff all got together with the architect of this fiasco, James Jesus Angleton, and held a mock trial of President Kennedy and Robert Kennedy in absentia, a star chamber, and condemned him to death for high treason. They then planned the execution of President Kennedy in a public execution in Dallas. A month after the assassination, exactly one month, December 22, 1963, they had an after action briefing to discuss how the operation had gone and how it was going as far as the cover up was concerned. They said that Lyndon Johnson had been told about the Description beforehand that they assassinated President Kennedy in front of Lyndon Johnson so that he would know that if he did not go along, the same thing would happen to him. They also acknowledged that what they were doing was illegal. They claim that going through the national constitutional procedures of impeachment and trial and senate would take too long and that he had to be removed immediately, so they had to use extra-legal methods to conduct this public execution. Many, many more things are revealed in the zipper files. Crowley handed over these files to a writer named Gregory Douglas who wrote this book. Apparently, all copies of Regicide were bought up and taken off the shelves in the United States, but a limited number of copies survived.It describes not only the Chicago mafia element of the assassination, but also the French Corsican mafia assassins who were sent there, and then where they themselves assassinated in the aftermath. The American people should know that one of the prin[beeep]l causes of the Vietnam War was to assure France that they would be able to continue the drug running operations that they had been running in Indochina since World War II. And that was that the Golden Triangle is a landlocked area and France begged the US government not to pull out a Vietnam because Vietnam was essential to the drug trade. When Vietnam's rivers, the French could not export the drugs from the Golden Triangle. They had to smuggle them through the rivers of Vietnam to the coast where they could be shipped to the United States and to Cuba for processing and dissemination. So in 1967, Charles De Gaulle went to Washington and he met with the CIA director and again begged them not to withdraw from Vietnam. And then in return for holding on to Vietnam, facilitating the French connection drug trade, they would split the profits of that drug trade 50-50 with the CIA. And that's where the black funding, the dark money, has been funding illicit operations for the CIA and for the French government since 1967 until actually the United States had to withdraw. So all the casualties of that war was the price paid to fund the agencies agenda for world domination instilled by the Project Paperclip mentors installed at the founding of the agency by the Dulles brothers.This virus of corruption and mistrust spread throughout the government and society to make a mockery of the spirit of democracy intended by the drafters of the Constitution and Bill of Rights. A PPP, broadly defined, is any arrangement whereby the private sector assumes more responsibility than is traditional for infrastructure planning, financing, design, construction, operation, and maintenance. This book describes the wide variety of public-private partnerships in highways and transit, but focuses on the two types of highway PPPs that are generating the most debate: the leasing by the public sector to the private sector of existing infrastructure; and the building, leasing, and owning of new infrastructure by private entities. PPP proponents argue that, in addition to being the best hope for injecting additional resources into the surface freight and passenger transportation systems for upkeep and expansion, private sector involvement potentially reduces costs, project delivery time, and public sector risk, and may also improve project selection and project quality. Detractors, on the other hand, argue that the potential for PPPs is limited, and that, unless carefully regulated, PPPs will disrupt the operation of the surface transportation network, increase driving and other costs for the travelling public, and subvert the public planning process. Some of the specific issues raised in highway operation and costs include the effects of PPPs on trucking, low-income households, and traffic diversion. Issues raised in transportation planning include non-compete provisions in PPP agreements, unsolicited proposals, lease duration, and foreign control of transportation assets. On the question of new resources, the evidence suggests that there is significant private funding available for investment in surface transportation infrastructure, but that it is unlikely to amount to more than 10 percent of the ongoing needs of highways over the next 20 years or so, if that, and probably a much smaller share of transit needs. With competing demands for public funds, there is also a concern that private funding will substitute for public resources with no net gain in transportation infrastructure. The effect of PPPs on the planning and operation of the transportation system is a more open question because of the numerous forms they can take, and because they are dependent on the detailed agreements negotiated between the public and private partners. For this reason, some have suggested that the federal government needs to more systematically identify and evaluate the public interest, particularly the national public interest, in projects that employ a PPP. Three broad policy options Congress might consider in how to deal with PPPs in federal transportation programs and regulations are discussed in this book. The first option is to continue with the current policy of incremental changes and experimentation in program incentives and regulation.
