Marc has been teaching long exposure photography techniques since 2006. He has taught long exposure photography to over 1000 students, in the classroom, by way of online courses, across 4 continents and in 2 languages. This makes him one of the most experienced teachers. Marc's photography has won numerous international awards, including the IPA Photo Awards, Prix de la Photographie Paris (PX3), Epson Pano Awards, etc. He has been photographing using long exposures for over 10 years, with both film and digital. This workshop has been specifically designed to take full advantage of the amazing natural and urban landscapes of Vancouver. We'll be shooting all around the area, from the water's edge to the busy urban streets of the downtown district, pushing the limits of these techniques to its creative maximum. For this 4 day extended version of Marc's workshop, we'll be able to visit a large number of locations, photographing both sea-scapes as well as urban long exposures. Digital camera equipment, or film in any format (including 4x5 and larger) can be used. For four days you will be taken through the journey required to generate beautiful fine-art long exposure images.
