Artist: John Mayall & The Bluesbreakers Title: Silver Tones: The Best Of John Mayall & The Bluesbreakers Year Of Release: 1998 Label: Jive Genre: Blues, Electric Blues Quality: Mp3/320 kbps Total Time: 59:43 Total Size: 59:43 Tracklist: 1. Mail Order Mystics 2. Wake Up Call (Feat. Mavis Staples & Mick Taylor) 3. I Could Cry (Feat. Buddy Guy) 4. Not At Home (Feat. Mick Taylor) 5. When The Devil Starts Crying 6. Spinning Coin 7. Ain't No Brakeman 8. No Big Hurry 9. Dead City 10. Stone Cold Deal 11. Blues For The Lost Days 12. I Don't Mind 13. Movin' Groovin' Blues 14. Fan The Flames (Alternate Take) Something of an elder statesman of British blues, John Mayall is generally known as the guy who gave Eric Clapton his big break. However, compilations like Silver Tones highlight the best of Mayall's work and show why he deserves a place in the pantheon in his own right. His skill at several instruments more than makes up for his average vocal abilities, and if he's primarily known as a bandleader, there's a great deal to be said for providing the proving ground for musicians like Clapton, Peter Green, and Mick Fleetwood. Silver Tones is rife with strong material, from the up-tempo smoothness of the opening "Mail Order Mystics" to the nice, slow shuffle of "I Could Cry" to the rock-out groove of "Ain't No Brakeman." "I Don't Mind" showcases some excellent piano work, and "Fan the Flames" finishes things off with a bang. --Genevieve Williams http://rapidgator.net/file/73006a552025ecf3f5fee3546ae944a1/jmatbst.rar.html http://ssh.tf/JWn036yu7/jmatbst.rar http://uploaded.net/file/5p428glk/jmatbst.rar

Artist: John Mayall, The Bluesbreakers Title: Crusade (+10) Year Of Release: 2009 Label: Universal UICY-93405 Genre: Blues Quality: FLAC (image + .cue) Total Time: 01:19:09 Total Size: 491 mb Tracklist: The final album of an (unintentional) trilogy, Crusade is most notable for the appearance of a very young, pre-Rolling Stones Mick Taylor on lead guitar. Taylor's performance is indeed the highlight, just as Eric Clapton and Peter Green's playing was on the previous album. The centerpiece of the album is a beautiful instrumental by Taylor titled "Snowy Wood," which, while wholly original, seems to combine both Green and Clapton's influence with great style and sensibility. The rest of the record, while very enjoyable, is standard blues-rock fare of the day, but somewhat behind the then-progressive flavor of 1967. Mayall, while being one of the great bandleaders of London, simply wasn't really the frontman that the group needed so desperately, especially then. Nevertheless, Crusade is important listening for Mick Taylor aficionados. http://rapidgator.net/file/805a916c10d4bc50c1c17dead977e711/Crusade_uj6tneaghdjsynhf_flac.rar.html http://ssh.tf/02TYqYRFM/Crusade_uj6tneaghdjsynhf_flac.rar http://uploaded.net/file/4x4tr378/Crusade_uj6tneaghdjsynhf_flac.rar
