Show Me The Way To Go Home (2:02) Born in Lodi, Yankee took dance lessons as a child in both her home town and San Francisco, and by the tender age of 13 was already tap dancing in shows at the Golden Gate Theater. Two years later, she went to New York, where she was signed by Ted Lewis, and spent the next few years touring East Coast theaters in Lewis' variety show, appearing with Ben Blue, Sophie Tucker and Bill "Bojangles" Robinson. Returning to San Francisco, Yankee played numerous club dates before signing with Ray and Bea Goman in their North Beach review at Goman's "Gay '90s" nightclub for five years. She then formed her own singing act and toured major clubs around the country. In 1958 she joined the Turk Murphy band in San Francisco, and sang with him at the famed Earthquake McGoon's for five years before forming another band, Pat Yankee and the Sinners, touring the Las Vegas/Tahoe/Reno circuit. From 1972- 1981, she lived in Madrid, Spain, performed at the Whiskey Jazz Hotel, Dallas Club and Cova de Drogue, and was called the white queen of jazz by the Spanish press. Returning to San Francisco, Pat once again sang with Turk Murphy at both Earthquake McGoon's and at the Fairmont Hotel until Murphy's death in 1987. Yankee has performed To Bessie, With Love for the past five years at numerous jazz festivals around the country, in addition to performing at events overseas -- the Cork Jazz Festival in Ireland and jazz venues in Germany, Sweden and Australia, appearing with artists such as Dave Brubeck, Nina Simone, Carmen McRae and Gerry Mulligan. She was named Empress of the Jubilee at the Sacramento Jazz Jubilee in May 1999. She has made several recordings for RCA, Roulette and others. She has five recent CDs, her latest being Yankee Salutes Armstrong on the GHB label. She has been listed in Leonard Feather's Encyclopedia of Jazz since 1958. To Bessie, With Love was broadcast in December 1997 on KGO-TV (ABC). Yankee resides in San Francisco. http://rapidgator.net/file/953a2fc9c91db31d5355b3d642fc0e93/PatYankeeSongs2001.rar.html http://ssh.tf/o4JKNdyl0/PatYankeeSongs2001.rar https://bytewhale.com/fo6ecmd4ypgt/PatYankeeSongs2001.rar

Artist: The Robert's Creek Saloon Title: All In Year Of Release: 2016 Label: Productions Rude Mekanicals Genre: Jazz/Swing, Ska, World Quality: mp3 320 kbps / flac lossless Total Time: 00:45:35 Total Size: 105 / 277 mb Tracklist --------- 01. All In 02. Intro 03. Ends and Means 04. Wasn't It 05. Call Me 06. Dirty Bastards 07. Chasing Her 08. How Did We Get There 09. Tantric Mantis 10. Give Life Another Chance Our revolution is a quiet one. A humdrum evening around a fire, a pint in one hand and a bunch of ideas in our minds, with nothing but the world before us. That is where our revolution starts, now driven by our hearts and souls. The Robert's Creek Saloon is born from an idea that nothing is set in advance. We set the originality not to impose boundaries or limits. And then begins an artistic community based on a collective approach, not a contemplative one. A revolution that invites each and everyone of us to play a role. Cuz it's gonna swing! The idea in itself is a combination of seemingly contradictory aspects. The Robert's Creek Saloon refers to the image of a hippie in a bar full of rednecks. Robert's Creek is a village located on the Sunshine Coast, in British Colombia. It's a community of artists, living lightness and harmony with nature. And, we figure out how this saloon may look like: festive, upright piano, unbridled and prohibited atmosphere, smoky mood. At the margin. The Robert's Creek Saloon meets with both the harmonious and the "trash". A gap in our routine lives. The originality of a dream which will last. http://rapidgator.net/file/d0d364af9630c8e0389dd4a8e9659edb/-8456TRA16.rar.html http://rapidgator.net/file/d70bbb846806f3ff4b6f726187b9f1c5/-8456TRA16flac.rar.html http://ssh.tf/qgjGZadJ0/-8456TRA16.rar http://ssh.tf/dGE7om7J0/-8456TRA16flac.rar http://ssh.tf/dGE7om7J0/-8456TRA16flac.rar http://uploaded.net/file/oe2y3sfp/-8456TRA16.rar http://uploaded.net/file/bl32yvk6/-8456TRA16flac.rar http://uploaded.net/file/bl32yvk6/-8456TRA16flac.rar
