I am using it instead of twitter bootstrap for my products. It has more elements (like blockgrid) and I like how it automates things. and you follow instructions, you don't just install foundation but bower and grunt. Alternative is bower + compass, but I am using grunt and libsass cause it's faster. For those of you that don't know grunt is tool that automates things for you and foundation guys set it up so that you just type: "grunt" and it watches changes in your directory and automatically compiles scss to css. Combined with "Auto Reload" firefox extension you can see changes in your browser instantly! For those of you that don't know what is bower, you just type "bower update" and if new version of foundation, jquery or modernizr has come out it will automatically update it. Even if you are a beginner this is great for you.
