The first half of the course illustrates how the delegation feature is configured by users and administrators. You will also see how to use the delegation feature as a way to troubleshoot a problem that was reported by the project manager to a project management office (PMO) administrator. The second half of the course illustrates how project permissions are configured by schedule owners. Through demonstrations, you will see how a user in a project manager role and how a user in a team member role is able to perform all types of schedule changes because of the provided project permissions. You will also see how changes may be done with either project web app (pwa) or project pro.
