XTant Audio Elkatwin Retro Synth - KONTAKT | 1.8 Gb The Elkatwin 61 is an Italian analogue synthesizer, considered a great string machine amongst enthusiasts and now available as an easy to use Kontakt 5 instrument. This library contains over 2000 samples recorded on original 1980's hardware. The user guide contains detailed information about using this library. If you love the warm sound of analogue synths or desire an original instrument to help your music stand out from the crowd then this sample library is perfect for you. We've meticulously recorded each patch, both clean and with a selection of effects, and combined them with Kontakt's powerful scripting engine to produce a retro synth for the 21st century. Elkatwin 61 SoundsThe Elkatwin allows you to select two synth patches at once, layer them on top of each other, and control them independently. We took this idea straight from the original hardware and improved on it by adding dual controls to make it quick and easy to manipulate the two layers independently. There is a choice of eight patches including vibes, pianos, organs, guitars, classic brass, and of course synth strings, that you can distort, twist, and layer to create totally unique sounds. In addition to the main patches the instrument also offers separate bass sounds. These extend the low range of the instrument and provide even more layering opportunities as the four bass patches can be used together in any combination; something that wasn't possible on the original hardware. We have included a multitude of synth effects, both sampled from the original hardware and provided by Kontakt. These include two multi-speed rotator modes, a phaser, multi-octave symphonic mode (similar to a chorus effect), and a variable speed portamento-glide feature. We painstakingly looped all of the long patches so that you can utilise the portamento-glide functionality to its full potential. A synth wouldn't be complete without a few essential controls. We've included volume and pan knobs, an ADSR envelope, two filters, and coarse and fine tuning controls. All of these can be adjusted independantly for each layer. We reinterpreted it as modern instrument, so Pop Synth is responsive to trend these days with analog sounds. You know sensibility of analog sound unlike digital sound. JX-3P makes a great vintage synth capable of creating some lush, classic analog sounds. You can enjoy Great Retro Sounds, which have contained awesome analog quality from Pop Synth. JX-3P is polyphonic synthesizer produced in 1983. But Pop Synth is reinterpretation, not restoration. We had recorded all key range at 24-bit, and captured sound originality by sample looping. Synth Magic Vector X Vol 1 & Vol 2 KONTAKT | 3.22 Gb The Sequential Circuits Prophet VS was a vector synthesiser produced between 1986-87. It utilised samples of waveforms as oscillators. These waveforms were then routed through traditional analogue filters and envelope generators etc. The sound of the Prophet VS was different from the usual analogue polysynths of that era and was notable for its use by many film score composers (including John Carpenter). Vector X is a custom instrument for Native Instruments Kontak 5 featuring a huge library of sounds and samples from our very own Prophet VS here at Synth Magic headquarters. The varied multisampled waveforms are all under the control of the custom user interface so you can easily sculpt your own amazing VS sounds! There are lots of presets provided to get you started and see what Vector X is capable of. Vector X's custom user interface, designed by saintjohnbaxter, allows for quick and easy access to all waveforms, plus an arpeggiator, full effects section, mono modes and a full modulation section, complete with even more controls for expression and controlling LFOs with aftertouch etc. Vector X includes the infamous VS Choir and Filmscore sounds. There are also a number of custom samples take from custom presets, once again made on the real machine and sampled. All easily accessible from a drop down menu for fast and easy access to the sounds. Exploration 1 has lots of greats sounds, including classic ARP leads, bass, drones, sound effects and keys and comes supplied with over 200 presets all easily tweaked or created from scratch using the custom GUI by saintjohnbaxter. Many extra features were added such as arpeggiator, effects, mono modes with note priority selection switches, midi syncable lfo's etc. The beautiful tones from the ARP explorer can now be used in your own productions to give you the classic vintage vibe from what is undoubtedly a classsic synth. Synth Magic Sounds of the Trilogy KONTAKT | 1.77 Gb This early 80s analogue synthesizer from Italian manufacturer, Crumar, featured seperate synth/organ and strings sections. Not jam-packed with features, like many 'budget' synths of the day, but bags of quirks, charm and character! We've faithfully reprodcued this old gem in its entirety and added a few touches of our own along the way. Sounds of the Trilogy is a Kontakt 5 instrument based on the rare and sought after Crumar Trilogy Synthesiser. With over 2GB of 24-bit samples taken from this analogue synth there's plenty to get your teeth into. The sample library includes lots of sounds made on the Trilogy using its Synthesiser and Organ section. The Ensemble synth has also been sampled with a number of timbre settings to give rich, vibrant analogue sounds. Like all our instruments the samples are controlled by the intuitive graphical user interface (GUI). The GUI for Sounds of the Trilogy was designed by world renowned GUI designer, Anders Hedstrom (aka Flavours of Lime). No messing around with loading different sections, or having to adjust Kontakt behind the scenes - you can access the whole instrument from the same GUI. We've also added loads of extra features added such as LFOs, tremoloes, formant filters and formant LFOs, animators, auto panners, high pass filters, and more! There are 150 presets included to start your sonic journey with Sounds of the Trilogy and remember you can tweak these presets to your own taste so very easily using the custom interface. Section 1: Trilogy sample library - an easy to use drop down menu system for quick and easy access to the samples. Synth Magic Siel Orchestra 2 KONTAKT | 744 Mb The Siel Orchestra 2 is made up of four sections: Brass, Piano, Reeds and Strings. The original Siel Orchestra was bought by ARP and relabeled the Quartet. Presented here for use with Kontakt is the Orchestra 2 with lots of extra features added. We sampled this synth twice: one set of samples are totally clean and recorded through high quality preamps and the 2nd set was recorded to tape, and then sampled. Both sample sets are loaded together at the same time and can be selected by clicking the TAPE button. Containing 1.5GB of samples in wav format, compressed to half a GB using NI's lossless compression, and streamed directly from disk for small memory footprint and quick loading times. The Orchestra 2 is becoming quite a sought after analogue synthesizer thanks to its beautiful string sounds which have been used by 808 State, Massive Attack and Portishead among others. When mixing the 4 sections together it is possible to creat some very striking analogue sounds and textures - we find the strings sounds also work well when mixed with real orchestral string parts. If you like sounds like Vangelis Soil Festivities, Bernard Fevre (Pendulum etc), ambient, experimental music, then you will enjoy Orchestra 2 for its rich and smooth analogue vibe. Synth Magic MiNi Magic KONTAKT | 746 Mb Mini Magic is a new line of very affordable, custom instruments from Synth Magic starting with Mini Magic 001 Eclectic Electric. Mini Magic 001 is a collection of rare and sought after analogue and digital synth sounds (just under 1GB in wav format and compressed using NI's lossless compression). Featuring the sounds of the Polymoog 203a synthesiser, Farfisa Polychrome, Yamaha CS20 and the Ensoniq SQ1. Making extensive use of the Polymoog's external filter input and resonator section, we plugged Farfisa Polychrome, the CS20 and Ensoniq synths into the raw electronics of the Polymoog to create unique hybrid sounds - a sort of Polymoog meets Polychrome meets CS20 trifle! We then also sampled our Polymoog 203a to throw into the mix. We also made use of the Create Harmonic Waveform function of a Korg DSS-1 synth/sampler and fed its outputs into the resonator section of the Polymoog 203a and sampled the results. There are 19 waveforms to choose from for each Oscillator slot using our easy to use menu system for activating the samples. Easily combine, mix & match and morph between the strange and wonderful textures to make new exciting and unique sounds. Each Mini Magic comes with our Magic Dial taking centre stage. Control a number of synth parameters with just one turn of the Magic Dial! Simply activate the Green LED above each synth dial, then move the dials and create offsets of dial movements, so one turn of the Magic Dial will move all the active dials/parameters in varying degrees dependent upon the offset you have made for each dial. Create movement and interest, wacky effects and modulations as your sounds drift between multiple parameters. Some of the loops and samples have been processed with various pieces of gear to add extra depth and harmonics, including a Thermonic Culture Vulture which produces incredible valve distortion, and a Struder tape machine for some extra tapey goodness! 'Deep Loops' has an emotive and provocative feel, perfect for deep house, progressive and deep electro music.
