Not everything will be relevant to EU, USA or rest of the world Basic gardening knowledge is useful, but not essential Completion of the Wildlife Gardening - Essential Concepts course may be useful, but not essential Description This course explains the nesting habits of a wide range of UK garden wildlife. Starting with birds, I explain the natural options that they look for. Much of which can be provided in almost any garden. I then guide you through the various artificial bird nesting boxes that are available in many garden centres or online. Advising on where to place them, and which birds they aim to attract. I then introduce you to the world of bats, and explain their habits and preference for nesting, along with useful guidance on putting up a bat box to attract them to your garden. Invertebrates are incredibly diverse, and nest in a very wide range of ways. I also provide guidance on creating your own invertebrate homes, like bug hotels and other options. The nesting preferences of bees, from honeybees, to bumblebees and solitary bees, have their own dedicated section as they are worthy of closer inspection. Their nesting habits are also a major part of their lifecycles. I don't explain the techniques of bee keeping (I suggest a dedicated course for that) but I do cover the options available to cater to solitary bees in gardens, such as bee hotels. Hibernaculums are a great way to house plenty of invertebrates in gardens, and provide excellent homes for frogs, toads, newts and even reptiles. All of which are very beneficial for wildlife gardens. So this course explains the various aspects to consider when constructing your own hibernaculum. Mammals are amazing to see in gardens, so I have included a few ways to support and house a few mammals that may make an appearance in gardens. Throughout this course, as with all my courses, I have highlighted interesting insights into plenty of garden wildlife. I also provide a deep dive into the following animals, explaining their lifecycles, feeding habits and threats, and of course, what we gardeners can do to help them in our gardens:- Blue Tit- Soprano Pipistrelle bat- Centipede- Wool Carder bee- Comma butterfly- Smooth newt (also known as the Common newt)- FoxIf you enjoy supporting wildlife in your garden, this course contains all the essential guidance to help plenty of animals find their nesting needs in your garden. Not everything will be relevant to EU, USA or the rest of the world Basic gardening knowledge will be useful, but not essential This course is for anyone wanting to improve their garden for wildlife Description Firstly, this is not a comprehensive guide to garden plants that are good for wildlife. This is sweeping up the excellent plants that I haven't covered previously in my Wildlife Gardening series. This course explains the naming structure of Latin plant names, highlighting some notable plant Families that are worth including in any wildlife friendly garden. I'll be highlighting plants that are perfect for specific areas of gardens, that are often difficult to green up. From driveways, and children play areas, to hedging and screening, climbing plants and, to maximise the colours and fragrance in our gardens, plants that have extra long flowering periods. In order for plants to deliver perfect blooms, this course also looks in more detail at their preferences that our gardens will need to offer. I'll explain and highlight plants for different soil types, acidity levels, moisture and nutrition. With the range of temperatures across the UK, from a Scottish winter to southern England, I'll also explain the two different hardiness scales that are very handy to know when choosing plants for your garden.Once we understand these plant preferences, I'll highlight a few more plants suited to different growing conditions, from full sun through to shade, windy gardens and coastal gardens. When looking for plants for our gardens, it's also useful to be aware of plants that don't offer much to wildlife. So, I'll explain what to look out for. Finally, at the end of this course, I'll look at the highlights for each month; garden wildlife to keep an eye out for, and plants in flower. As with all of my courses, I will also include deep dives on common garden wildlife. I'll explain their lifecycle, diets and threats, and of course, how you can support them in your garden:- Privet Hawk-moth- Shield bug- Soldier fly- Springtails- Devil's Coach Horse- Brimstone butterflyIf you enjoy watching wildlife in your garden, this course will help you offer even more to your garden visitors, and all through the power of plants. Free Download Udemy - The Complete Python Microservices Published 10/2024 MP4 | Video: h264, 1920x1080 | Audio: AAC, 44.1 KHz Language: English | Size: 942.54 MB | Duration: 0h 56m You will learn the best practices of Python Microservices and learn how to build Python Microservices! What you'll learn Learn everything about Python Microservices Learn how to build the Python Microservices Learn python development, deployment, scaling, and management Learn Python and best practices of Python microservices Requirements You need to be interested in learning Python Microservices Description Python Microservices are an architectural style that structures an application as a collection of loosely coupled services, each of which represents a specific business capability. In Python, microservices have gained popularity due to the language's simplicity, readability, and vast ecosystem of libraries. Each microservice operates independently and communicates with other services over a network, typically through HTTP or messaging protocols. Python has libraries such as Prometheus for monitoring and OpenTelemetry for tracing, which help developers track the health and performance of their services.Python microservices architecture, each service is developed, deployed, and maintained independently. This isolation allows teams to work on different services without worrying about breaking other parts of the system. The microservices paradigm contrasts with monolithic applications, where all functionality is built into a single, large codebase. One key advantage of microservices is scalability. Services can be scaled individually based on their specific load requirements rather than scaling the entire application, as is often necessary with monoliths. Flask and FastAPI are two popular lightweight web frameworks used to build RESTful APIs for microservices. Python's simplicity, wide library support, and ease of integration with modern cloud-native tools make it an excellent choice for building microservices architectures. Python supports several methods, including synchronous HTTP requests and asynchronous message queues like RabbitMQ and Kafka.
