With promis-e, you can generate electrical schematics, panel layouts, bills of material, wire lists, terminal plans, and more in record time. promis-e streamlines the control system design process by performing many tedious operations automatically, including ID assignment, cross referencing, wire numbering, and list generation. These tasks are completed much faster and with fewer errors compared to manual methods. Support for multiple dis[beeep]lines allows you to include electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and process control diagrams in your projects.

 

promis-e provides a set of powerful drawing functions including symbol libraries, macros, cut & paste editing, and automatic line (wire) breaking. But in addition, promis-e automatically performs many non-value-added tasks such as ID assignment, cross referencing, wire numbering, and list generation. These tedious operations are performed not only much faster, but with fewer errors. This intelligence is what sets promis-e apart from ordinary mechanical CAD solutions.

 

- You may now copy a project in ProjectWise using ProjectWise Explorer"s native copy command and the software will perform a proper project copy even if the project is nested in a sub-folder that you are copying.

 

- Added RSS Feed to Welcome dialog which will be used to communicate new product releases and other Bentley announcements to users.

 

- Project Publisher Enhancements: Includes a new tree view navigation, sticky notes, and other UI improvements

 

- Implemented a 3 state online status toggle when editing multiple pages in the project manager. This prevents the software from changing the state of all pages automatically when you try to edit a different setting for the selected pages.

 

- We now support SQL Server 2012

 

- Implemented new licensing prompt when switching license levels to support Open Access
