Gutter Creek was founded by multiinstrumentalist Robo Spitters beginning 2014. After a long journey experimenting with different musical styles Robo came back to his roots and started writing new songs and Gutter Creek was born .

Along came longtime musical partners Mario Sprong on Banjo,,guitars and dobro ,Marck Heusshen on Guitars.

Later Jules Vlam joined on double-bass.
