Monster Mike Welch & Mike Ledbetter met at the 33rd Chicago Blues Festival and they both understood each other so well that they decided to collect an album together. "Right Place, Right Time" is now the result of this collaboration, which resulted from a mutual love and respect for the classic Blues era of the 50s and 60s and artists such as Otis Rush, Magic Sam, Elmore James and B. B. King. They are accompanied by an all-star cast with pianist / organist Anthony Geraci, bassist Ronnie James Weber and drummer Marty Richards, and guests Laura Chavez on guitar and saxophonist Doug James and Sax Gordon.
