Nastolatki - Nicola, Tyson, Lollipop, Ciastek - chcą zarabiać pieniądze, kupować markowe ubrania i nowe skutery, nosić drogie zegarki. Kiedy ostatni z dawnych bossów mafii zostaje aresztowany, Nicola wpada na pomysł, że zrealizują swoje marzenia zajmując jego miejsce. Uzbrojeni wyjeżdżają na ulice Neapolu i przejmują władzę. Są jak bracia, nie boją się więzienia ani śmierci, handlują narkotykami, zabijają bez skrupułów, niczym w grze na PlayStation; są jak piranie - niewinnie wyglądające rybki, a jakże groźne. Dopiero po chwili orientują się, że to droga bez powrotu.
