Sometimes the day-to-day world we live in can push us in a direction we don't necessarily want to go. We may go in a direction that isn't quite right for us out of necessity or expediency or it just happens while we're busy living. What is impactful aspect about being a person who set meaningful goals and attains them, is that you're living a life that is purposeful and relevant to you. You are more authentic and living the life you want to live. It reduces the randomness that often happens when we don't have a specific goal or intention. This workshop walks through a proven formula for attaining meaningful goals. It's the SMART formula. As part of this workshop, you will create a meaningful SMART goal that can move your life in the direction you want it to go. By the end of the workshop, you'll have a goal you can attain. You can begin to envision your future and the successes you want to experience. You can use this workshop to work through either a personal or a professional goal, as the formula can be used for any type of goal you have in mind.
