Indian Medical Council (Professional conduct, Etiquette and Ethics) Regulations, 2002 adopted by National Medical Commission 2019, which rolled out new code of conduct on 02-08-2003 and rolled back on 24-08-2023, thus leaving 2002 position as it is.
