6. Wilco - Schmilco (2016) 96-24 Country: USA Genre: Alternative rock,Indie Rock Format: FLAC (*tracks) Quality: Lossless [96 kHz/24 bit] Time: 36:22 Full Size: 803.22 MB Wilco's 11th album, 2015's Star Wars, was a playful and angular set of noisy pop and pop-friendly noise, and it seemed fitting that it literally appeared out of nowhere, with the band sending it out as a free download without any advance warning one July afternoon. Little more than a year later, Wilco has released a follow-up, Schmilco, and in many respects this album is the flip side to Star Wars. Schmilco feels every bit as spontaneous as Star Wars (and much of the material was recorded during the same sessions), but where the earlier album seemed full of the joy of making music, this one is somber and low-key, a set of navel-gazing music even as the tunes confirm that Jeff Tweedy's way with a melody hasn't failed him. Acoustic guitars dominate most of Schmilco's 12 songs, with Tweedy's vocals right up front, sounding introspective and emphatic at once. On first listen, Schmilco plays like the work of one man and his guitar alone with his thoughts and his sorrows late one night. It takes a couple of spins for the contributions of the rest of the band to really sink in, but once they do, it becomes apparent this truly is a Wilco album, as Nels Cline's guitars, Pat Sansone and Mikael Jorgensen's keyboards, and Glenn Kotche's drums bring a rich spectrum of dynamics and texture to the songs, while John Stirratt's bass anchors these songs both melodically and rhythmically. Just as 1999's Summerteeth sounded like a smart pop album when observed casually but was an emotional horror show beneath the surface, Schmilco feels simple and declarative on first glance, but the deeper one is willing to dig, the more there is to find, both in terms of the band's interplay (which gets better and more intuitive with each album) and Tweedy's songs (which boast as much compassion and concern as brooding). Star Wars was Wilco's cheerfully bent version of a summer album; Schmilco is clearly music for autumn, meant for cool nights, crunching through the leaves, and the occasional dark night of the soul. And it speaks volumes about Wilco that they could make two albums so different within such a short space of time, and both times giving us music that sounds like no one else. © Mark Deming /TiVo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dBgdK9oO0Gg https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZzvfsEFRtVM Download from HotLink https://hotlink.cc/folder/b9509e9d-ddd0-11ec-a2c7-0cc47ac4f47e

 13. Tuomas Holopainen (Nightwish) - The Life And Times Of Scrooge (Bonus Version) (2014) 44.1-24 Country: Finland Genre: Symphonic Rock,Neoclassical,Folk Format: FLAC (*tracks) Quality: Lossless [44,1kHz/24 bit] Time: 01:00:14 Full Size: 829.55 MB This debut solo album from the Nightwish mastermind and keyboard maestro is improbably based on the graphic novel The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck. Featuring a full orchestra and choir, four lead vocalists, and an array of guest musicians including Nightwish piper Troy Donockley, the album has classical, folk, and world music influences and is much less "metal" than his work with Nightwish. The beautiful, sweeping first single "A Lifetime of Adventure" features vocals by Holopainen's partner, Finnish singer Johanna Kurkela. © John D. 14. Rage Against The Machine - Rage Against The Machine (1992) 44.1-24 Country: USA Genre: Rap metal,Rap rock,Alternative metal Format: FLAC (*tracks) Quality: Lossless [44,1kHz/24 bit] Time: 52:50 Full Size: 646.19 MB Probably the first album to successfully merge the seemingly disparate sounds of rap and heavy metal, Rage Against the Machine's self-titled debut was groundbreaking enough when released in 1992, but many would argue that it has yet to be surpassed in terms of influence and sheer brilliance -- though countless bands have certainly tried. This is probably because the uniquely combustible creative relationship between guitar wizard Tom Morello and literate rebel vocalist Zack de la Rocha could only burn this bright, this once. While the former's roots in '80s heavy metal shredding gave rise to an inimitable array of six-string acrobatics and rhythmic special effects (few of which anyone else has managed to replicate), the latter delivered meaningful rhymes with an emotionally charged conviction that suburban white boys of the ensuing nu-metal generation could never hope to touch. As a result, syncopated slabs of hard rock insurrection like "Bombtrack," "Take the Power Back," and "Know Your Enemy" were as instantly unforgettable as they were astonishing. Yet even they paled in comparison to veritable clinics in the art of slowly mounting tension such as "Settle for Nothing," "Bullet in the Head," and the particularly venomous "Wake Up" (where Morello revises Led Zeppelin's "Kashmir" riff for his own needs) -- all of which finally exploded with awesome power and fury. And even listeners who were unable (or unwilling) to fully process the band's unique clash of muscle and intellect were catered to, as RATM were able to convey their messages through stubborn repetition via the fundamental challenge of "Freedom" and their signature track, "Killing in the Name," which would become a rallying cry of disenfranchisement, thanks to its relentlessly rebellious mantra of "Fuck you, I won't do what you tell me!" Ultimately, if there's any disappointment to be had with this near-perfect album, it's that it still towers above subsequent efforts as the unequivocal climax of Rage Against the Machine's vision. As such, it remains absolutely essential. © Eduardo Rivadavia /TiVo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MUaL1FnotRQ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bWXazVhlyxQ Download from HotLink https://hotlink.cc/folder/0ab32e34-076b-11ed-a2c7-0cc47ac4f47e

 16. Ben Harper - Diamonds On The Inside 2003 (2016) 192-24 Country: USA Genre: Rock,Blues,Funk Format: FLAC (*tracks) Quality: Lossless [192 kHz/24 bit] Time: 01:01:27 Full Size: 2.45 GB Ben Harper is a musical preacher of sorts, never one to be shy in speaking his mind about social conformity. If his first two albums -- Welcome to the Cruel World and Fight for Your Mind -- didn't clue you in, Diamonds on the Inside will definitely do so. Diamonds on the Inside marks Harper's fifth studio effort and this time he's emotionally in touch with what makes his heart burst. This is a passionate album, no doubt. His signature Weissenborn guitar joins him once more and Harper's classic groovy funk is heavy; however, Harper adds worldbeat to his musical plank. From the Marley-esque vibe of "With My Own Two Hands" to the African soundscapes of Ladysmith Black Mambazo on "Picture of Jesus," Harper's purist presentation is smooth. "When It's Good" gives a little country blues twang, while "Touch From You Lust" is a sexy haze of writhing riffs. "Temporary Remedy" follows the funk Lenny Kravitz-style, and Harper's a bit campy. It's a noticeable change from his typically serious stature and a nice shift in personality, too. Diamonds on the Inside is another stunning effort from one of rock's underground heroes. Harper has consistently worked with what appeals to him musically for nearly a decade, ignoring what fits the mainstream. Diamonds on the Inside is Harper's sixth chapter of truth and just one listen to the electric blaze of "Everything" will convince you. © MacKenzie Wilson /TiVo https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fpns_a4Nuvo Download from HotLink https://hotlink.cc/folder/1030aeb2-090f-11ed-a2c7-0cc47ac4f47e

The first track set released is "Brown Sugar", one of the earlier recordings in the band's career. The Grammy-nominated feature from Banger Films and director Sam Dunn includes an interlude that finds the group's classic line up -- Billy Gibbons, Frank Beard and the late Dusty Hill -- gathering for a very intimate session at Gruene Hall, "the oldest continually run dance hall in Texas" located in New Braunfels, in the heart of Texas hill country. 19. Balls Gone Wild - Stay Wild (2022) 44.1-24 Country: Germany Genre: Hard Rock Format: FLAC (*tracks) Quality: Lossless [44,1kHz/24 bit] Time: 43:52 Full Size: 538.3 MB Stay Wild is the name of the new album by the turbo rock trio Balls Gone Wild from Cologne. To celebrate the band's 10th anniversary, the guys are giving themselves an album with 11 songs full of power, melody, and above all, hooks, hooks, hooks. The band recorded the new record with producer Martin Buchwalter at Gernhart Studio in Troisdorf (near Cologne), just like the previous album, High Roller. The listener immediately notices that three guys have gone to work here who know how to hold their instruments. The joy of playing and good humor drip out of every pore when you put on the songs and turn them up. So.listen loud!!! Balls Gone Wild: This is the punk and hard rock sound of the '70s and '80s with a fresh wind in the here and now! The smell of beer is in the air, and it sounds like the result of an extramarital liaison between Motorhead and AC/DC. 20. Dawes - Misadventures Of Doomscroller (2022) 96-24 Country: USA Genre: Folk rock,Indie folk,Alternative Format: FLAC (*tracks) Quality: Lossless [96 kHz/24 bit] Time: 46:00 Full Size: 1 GB "Misadventures Of Doomscroller" marks Dawes' first new album following 2020's Rounder Records debut, GOOD LUCK WITH WHATEVER. Produced by 7x GRAMMY® Award-winner Dave Cobb (Chris Stapleton, Brandi Carlile, Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit) at Nashville's famed RCA Studio A, the album earned critical applause around the world, with Esquire declaring it "their liveliest, most visceral set yet." "We've always prided ourselves on being minimalists. With this record we set out on being MAXIMALISTS," says Goldsmith. "Still a quartet. Still not letting these songs hide behind any tricks or effects. But really letting the songs breathe and stretch and live however they want to. We decided to stop having any regard for short attention spans. Our ambitions go beyond the musical with this one. "We also wanted to honor the traditional length of a record - 40-45 minutes - but disregard any concern for numbers of tracks. The way Miles or Herbie often did. Documenting the songs is only half of the picture. For this record, they're also the platform for us to jump off from and get lost in. I think the best way I can say it is - we wanted this record to be less a collection of songs and more a collection of music." 21. Lessmann/Voss - Rock Is Our Religion (2022) 44.1-24 Country: Germany Genre: Hard Rock Format: FLAC (*tracks) Quality: Lossless [44,1kHz/24 bit] Time: 49:57 Full Size: 616.18 MB Claus Lessmann [BONFIRE] and Michael Voss [CASANOVA, MAD MAX] have joined forces as LESSMANN/VOSS and created their debut album Rock Is Our Religion. Admittedly, calling it a debut is a bit of an understatement given that this isn't the first time the two have worked together to release music, as they are also members of rock band PHANTOM 5. It's also worth pointing out that Rock Is Our Religion is the brilliant result of not only Lessmann and Voss, but also of producer Michael Schenker [SCORPIONS, THE MICHAEL SCHENKER GROUP]. Together, they have produced an album which is a mixture of both classic and modern rock music, something can you picture different generations enjoying and bonding over. Essentially it doesn't matter if you're part of the classic 80s rock crowd or part of the new generation; you can picture LESSMAN/VOSS performing at a festival and seeing the varying age groups joining forces and having the best time together. Overall, Rock Is Our Religion is a highly enjoyable record. It's the type of album that you could bring out in the middle of a heatwave (a bit too soon?) and have played in the background as you sit with friends whilst having a barbecue and drinks. It's also an album that will make you feel good and something you can play regardless of environment, whether it's at that festival or at home doing housework, it will make you feel pumped, you will fist bump and you will find yourself headbanging along. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W2fByfQxEr8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pfXDKeqsNNY Download from HotLink https://hotlink.cc/dcxdo173c2nz/Lessmann-Voss.-..Rock.Is.Our.Religion.2022.44.1-24.rar
 22. Maple Mars - Someone's Got to Listen (2022) 44.1-24 Country: USA Genre: Rock,Psychedelic power pop Format: FLAC (*tracks) Quality: Lossless [44,1kHz/24 bit] Time: 40:22 Full Size: 485.86 MB Arriving by time machine from the psychedelic era - and yet always thrillingly ahead of their time -- MAPLE MARS landed on the Los Angeles pop scene with a multi-colored bang! Fronted by singer-songwriter Rick Hromadka, their psychedelic pop/rock debut album Welcome To Maple Mars (Permanent Press Recordings) was recorded in guitarist Steve Berns' apartment. Industry mags such as Billboard, Album Network, Mojo, Hits Magazine, and Entertainment Weekly touted the album as one of the best indie pop-rock records of that year. As their journey progressed, Maple Mars recorded three more albums echoing the likes of Pink Floyd, The Who, The Move, and The Beatles. Their fourth album, Galaxyland (2010), received college/internet radio play and garnered accolades across the global pop rock scene, hailed as "a psychedelic masterpiece and their most acclaimed album yet" by Twirl Radio. Producer/guitarist Steve Berns, drummer Ron Pak (Double Naught Spies), bassist Joe Giddings (Theme Music, Ruby Free), and Rick Hromadka (Double Naught Spies, Ruby Free) are the travelers who take their influences to new territories on their forthcoming 2022 LP Someone's Got To Listen. It's their fifth record overall and their first for Big Stir Records, who are delighted to welcome the hometown heroes to their roster. And it's no wonder: the label itself was born out of the LA live scene, where Maple Mars has long been renowned for massive, stadium-worthy performances whether headlining the label's concert series or opening for the likes of The Tubes. Hromadka is also a three-time Emmy Award winning sound designer who began penning songs for TV teen shows like Breaker High, Sweet Valley High, and the Power Rangers, also landing a track on the Power Rangers movie Turbo. Maple Mars' music has also been featured in TV shows like ER, Third Watch, Felicity and Friday Night Lights. The band has appeared on a variety of pop compilations from countries like Sweden, Germany, Japan, Australia, and Canada, winning international attention along with tours of both coasts of the US and in Europe. And the band's already back on the road in advance of the new album. Someone's Got To Listen indeed, and with a clutch of invigorating new songs and their commanding stage presence, MAPLE MARS can be sure that fans worldwide are going to do just that. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VqtRH6yXw0w&t=3s https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wE4tQqMe9Go Download from HotLink https://hotlink.cc/fc1y2dptnwfk/Maple.Mars.-.Someones.Got.to.Listen.2022.44.1-24.rar

 25. Bells and Ravens - What Death Cannot End (2022) 44.1-24 Country: Germany Genre: Heavy Metal,Power Metal Format: FLAC (*tracks) Quality: Lossless [44,1kHz/24 bit] Time: 01:03:48 Full Size: 770.93 MB Back to a time when adjectives like "heavy" and "epic" were considered characteristics of our beloved METAL and there was no need to put each new band into a separate drawer. A time when it wasn't seen as a weakness if not every song on an album sounded exactly the same, and most importantly - long songs like Hallowed Be Thy Name, Child In Time, Diary Of A Madman, Victim Of Changes, Battle Hymn or Master Of Puppets were the measure of all things! Since 2018 BELLS AND RAVENS has been the baby of ex-Contracrash mastermind Matt Carviero and he had already shown on his debut album IN OUR BLOOD (2020) where his priorities lie - powerful riffs, huge choruses, bombastic arrangements and sprawling instrumental parts! On his soon to be released second album WHAT DEATH CANNOT END you will find ten tracks with a total length of almost 64 minutes! But due to their catchiness some of them should even delight listeners with shorter attention spans! The german guitarist is supported by top-class singers such as Zak Stevens (Savatage, Circle II Circle, Trans-Siberian Orchestra) or Tim "Ripper" Owens (ex-Judas Priest, ex-Iced Earth, ex-Yngwie Malmsteen) as well as the bassist Roberto Palacios (Chinchilla, My Darkest Hate, Goblin's Blade) and the drummer Claudio Sisto (played in Mystic Prophecy, Chinchilla, My Darkest Hate, Goblin's Blade, Contracrash and more) who unfortunately passed away last year. So the question is - Why bother listening to an epic, long song when you could listen to three fast food songs in the same amount of time? Every music lover knows the answer! An overwhelming listening experience is the reward for those who do not see themselves mentally at the drive-through with this album, but consciously prepare themselves for a five-course gourmet menu with wine accompaniment!
