Free Download Business Decision Making, Second Edition: Streamlining the Process for More Effective Results by Milan Frankl, Donald N. Stengel - editor, Steve Menasche English | August 18, 2020 | ISBN: B08FTKGT9N | 4 hours and 34 minutes | MP3 128 Kbps | 251 Mb How do executives make decisions? Are their decisions conscious or unconscious? Can they explain each decision they make? What tools can they use to improve their decision-making process? These are some of the questions this book addresses. During the past 35 years, as an entrepreneur and senior executive of several medium-sized Canadian high-tech businesses, the author noticed that his decision-making processes were often based either on experience or on advice received from colleagues. Seldom were the decisions based on formal or informal academic-based methods. There is no substitute for years of experience in any human endeavor. However, tapping into some of the methods and lessons learned from personal experience can result in useful principles for others to follow. These principles are very useful, especially for entrepreneurs interested in building their businesses or executives looking for some additional help in acquiring a better decision-making mousetrap. Free Download The Essential Path: Making the Daring Decision to Be Who You Truly Are (Audiobook) English | June 04, 2019 | ASIN: B07SBHJ23P | M4B@128 kbps | 3h 9m | 173 MB Author and Narrator: Neale Donald Walsch "Deep inside you know Who You Truly Are. We all do. It's not a question of discovering it, it's a question of claiming it. Being it. And that's actually easier done than said. We're all just one decision away from The Essential Path. It's a path that could change a world that deeply yearns for a new direction."-Neale Donald Walsch, author, The Essential Path Our modern era is plagued by increasing alienation-we are seeing an "us against them" world. Everywhere we turn, we find ourselves divided from each other as never before across political, economic, social, and spiritual lines. As humanity is being torn apart right before our eyes-separating many of us from our friends and even our loved ones, from our hopes and dreams, from the natural world, and from so much that gives meaning and value to our lives-people are blaming everyone and everything around them for the collective problems that we have created ourselves. We are turning against each other, rather than to each other, just when we need each other the most. Bestselling author of Conversations with God, Neale Donald Walsch offers a radical solution to the growing problem of humanity's alienation. He invites us to question our basic assumptions about ourselves, about each other, about life and how it works, and about God, and to rethink the very definition of humanity. The Essential Path challenges every human to make a Daring Decision-to look at who we are and how we can choose to be, in a planet-altering new way. With insight and spiritual perceptivity, Walsch peers into the heart of a broken, divided society, prompting us to ask the critical questions that have the power to transform our world. Free Download Guide to Decision Making: The Economist (Audiobook) English | August 16, 2013 | ASIN: B00E655MMG | M4B@64 kbps | 7h 28m | 203 MB Author: Helga Drummond | Narrator: Karen Cass An invaluable guide to arrive at better business decisions. We make decisions, and these decisions make us and our organisations. And in theory, decision-making should be easy: a problem is identified, the decision-makers generate solutions, and choose the optimal one-and powerful mathematical tools are available to facilitate the task. Yet if it is all so simple why do organisations, both private and public sector, keep making mistakes-the results of which are borne by shareholders, employees, taxpayers, and ultimately society at large? This guide to decision making, by leading decision science academic Helga Drummond, aims to improve decision-making in organisations. It explores how and why decisions go awry in the first place-and offers practical advice on what decision-makers can do to counter the psychological, social, and other forces that can undermine individual judgment and pull organisations off course. Full of examples of good and bad decision-making from around the world, it will make listeners think more clearly about decisions big and small. 5 Steps to Intuitive Decision Making with Judith Orloff In this informative, lively video, Dr. Judith Orloff, author of Guide to Intuitive Healing, shares the five steps to intuitive decision making that she uses in her medical practice so everyone can learn them too. Dr. Orloff presents a revolutionary argument for the integration of intuition with classical forms of Western medicine. She passionately believes that the future of medicine lies in the "the wedding of heart and mind." In her vigorous and caring voice, Dr. Orloff explains how intuition can be used to listen to our body's signals to make better decisions. This groundbreaking video, geared to health-care professionals and general audiences alike, legitimizes intuition as a dynamic therapeutic tool. Step 1: Notice Your Beliefs. Your beliefs set the stage for healing. Positive attitudes stimulate growth. Negative attitudes impede it. It's important to rid yourself of counterproductive attitudes that you may not even realize you have. Step 2: Be In Your Body. Your body is a complex and sensitive intuitive receptor. Most people in Western society are conditioned to live from the neck up, ignoring the rest of their body. This stance is counter-intuitive. You'll learn to shift that perspective-to enjoy your intellect but but also listen to your intuition when making decisions. Step 3: Sense Your Body's Subtle Energy. We are composed of flesh and blood, but also of subtle energy. Chinese Medical Practitioners call it "chi," a vital substance which penetrates the body and extends many feet beyond it. From an intuitive point of view, these energy fields have a significant effect on our health and can inform decision making. Thus, it s important that we learn to sense other people's energy--but not absorb it--so we can make good decisions about relationships. Step 4: Ask for Inner Guidance. We each possess an intuitive voice that contains answers about good decisions. Because our intellect is often so loud, this voice often gets drowned out. It's essential that we learn to access the stillness within--though meditation, quiet contemplation, connecting with nature, and prayer in order to gain answers. Step 5: Listen To Your Dreams. Intuition is the language of dreams. Every ninety minutes each night during the REM stage of sleep, we dream. Dreams provide answers about health, relationships, career choices, any new direction.
